Administrative Assistant
Minimum 5yrs paid professional experience
No medical coding, insurance billing required
Strong communication skills. Answer phone calls, explain procedures/treatments, financing, directions and make the initial appointment with doctor. - Follow up after the treatment for feedback and survey.
Must be able to organize work and diligently follow up. - Detailed oriented.
Keep track of inventory
Must be able to construct letter in Microsoft word, with correct grammer and spelling.
Create spreadsheets in Excel
Use Outlook for emails, contacts, calenders
Non-smoker, present oneself professionally, preferably living local.
Mon thru Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm
This position does not require medical assistant knowledge. Focused primarily on office administration and assisting doctor with follow ups.
Esthetician
Minimum 5 year esthetics experience
Minimum one year sales experience
Familiar with OBAGI skincare product a plus
Advance Training:
Extensive Medical Aesthetics & Laser Training will be provided
